What type of material is used for your banners?

We use 13 ounce Glossy vinyl cloth. This is a very strong fabric with superb outdoor dependability. All edges are double-sewn and gormmetts are placed aproximately every 2 feet

Can I use my own image or design?

Yes you can send us your logo or design, we can print any image

What if I need a specific size banner? Can I request a special size?

Yes, we have many ways to help you for special design or custom full color prints, our customer service department is always available to take your special requests at (518) 482-3137.

What if I need Pole-Pockets?

We offer pole pockets at an additional charge. Pole pockets require custom sizing of your banner to insure proper fit. Our customer service department is here to take your special-order at (518) 482-3137.

How can I send my own design?

Follow the above link to the upload page, where you can upload your banner's file and then select from our products. We accept files from In-Design, Illistrator, Photoshop, Quark, or any other program that can be used to create a properly sized jpg, tiff or PDF file. We can receive files through this web site of up to 1 gigabite in size.

Files large than that can be uploaded using our FTP site. Simply contact our customer service department and they will assist you with the FTP instructions..

Do you make double-sided vinyl banners?

Yes we do. You can order double sided banners right from our website after you have uploaded your banner file using the link above. If you would like a different image on the back and front, you must contact our customer service department for further asistance at (518) 482-3137.

How do I know my order is being worked on?

All orders are confirmed automatically via e-mail within a few minutes of your order. If you do not receive an e-mail, please contact us. 

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we'll send you a tracking/confirmation number to track your package on the internet. Tracking numbers are normally activated within 24 hours. You can track your orders and learn more about the shipping methods by visiting the following websites:
